Dean's Message

The Faculty of Environmental Design at King Abdulaziz University is one of the pillars of this beacon of knowledge in establishing values and traditions. Its endeavors are reflected by the designs of the Saudi cities, designs that seek to implement into society distinct and professional personnel in four areas: architecture, environmental design, urban and regional planning, and Geometrics. These sections are in harmony in their outcomes with fixed scientific standards in order to qualify the student to attain an outstanding level in every section's program through shared materials with other sections, and also through training during the summer period, which  includes summer activities through committees and coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs at the University.

The Faculty of Environmental Design depends on the skills of drawing and imagination; therefore it encourages students who possess such skills to register in it so that they may be refined and developed to achieve success and a degree of excellence for the graduate as well as the distinctive construction of the Saudi cities.
